Processing

Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before it ships. Once confirmed, our supplier partner prepares your order within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

7–12 business days to the continental US via tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking number by WhatsApp and email as soon as it is available.

Shipping cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders. The price shown on the product page is the full price for the item — no separate shipping charge is ever added at checkout. (Applicable taxes, where required, are calculated and shown at checkout.)

Taxes & duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout and is paid by the customer. It is not included in product prices.

Delays

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after shipping, contact support@shopniva.net and we will trace it or reship/refund at our discretion per the Returns policy.
